To say that the last two years have taken a toll on our health would be an understatement.  After lockdowns, social distancing, home working, home schooling and limits on travel and gathering, it comes as no surprise that this has impacted on people’s physical and mental health.

Pilates, stretch and relaxation classes are the perfect addition to any corporate wellbeing initiative.

  • 30, 45 & 60 minute Pilates or stretch and relaxation classes
  • Flexible times available, mornings, lunch times or evenings, anytime between 7am – 7pm
  • Live virtual classes on Zoom offering flexible participation from employee’s home and/or office spaces
  • On-site classes for work based employees within Nottinghamshire
  • Employee contributory or no contributory classes. A secure online booking page can be provided for employees to book online helping to reduce administration time.
  • Health and wellbeing surveys to obtain feedback and track development
  • Staff discounts for community based classes
